Pediatrics 3 Communicate with the Child Find the place where the Child exists and where he/she perceives the world. A full payment at time off registration is required to secure your spot. Please send your check or E-Transfer for the course fee of $900.00, if an early registration is made 90 days before the course date. Any registration made after 90 days before a course date is $995. Please send your check for the course fees payable to Cathy Eydt, at the following address: 31, Tyndale, Barrie, Ontario L4N 7T1, or also available by e-transfer if you wish, to this iCloud email address: ce.osteo@icloud.com. Please indicate the Phase number, date and your full name especially if the payment is under a business name. Cancellation Policy: There will be a $300.00 cancellation fee for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to a course or postponement to another course.
